Moser's Austrian Cafe was opened by Werner Moser in the year 1999 under the name Moser's Michigan Street Cafe and Catering. The name of the Restaurant was changed to Moser's Austrian Cafe in 2006 so we could focus on the Austrian German food, although we still have a great American menu. Werner moved here in 1982 from Bad Hofgastein, Austria, a small town nestled in the Austrian Alps. While growing up in Austria his family owned a Bed and Breakfast and Werner loved to cook and always wanted to own his own restaurant. Werner's wife, Jennifer Moore, renovated and redecorated the cafe in 2006 and helps Werner run the restaurant.
